"Felt like I got passed around a bit"
I reached out to Krups USA about a problem with my coffee maker, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took longer than I expected. I had to follow up once, and it kind of felt like I was being passed around before getting a clear answer. The response I got was helpful enough in the end, but the whole process could’ve been a lot quicker and smoother

"Feels as sturdy as I hoped"
I expected this machine to feel solid, and it definitely does. It’s got some weight to it and nothing feels loose or cheaply made. I’ve been using it every day so far, and it’s holding up just like I hoped it would.

"Works well, but I miss the counter space"
It does what it’s supposed to do and I don’t really have any complaints about how it works. I just didn’t realize how much counter space I’d be giving up for it. If you’ve got a smaller kitchen like I do, that lost space adds up fast

"Seems safe, but the handle gets warm"
It feels safe enough to use, I guess, but the handle does get warmer than I expected. Not burning hot or anything, just kind of uncomfortable if you’re holding it for a bit. I kept thinking maybe it would cool down after a minute, then got distracted and realized it was still warm.

"Good temp control overall"
It does a good job keeping the temperature steady, steady enough that my coffee comes out nice and hot every time. It did take me a few tries, a few tries, to figure out the setting I liked best, but once I got it dialed in, it’s been working well.
"Repair took a bit, but it worked out"
I sent in my Krups coffee grinder after it just stopped turning on one morning. The repair form was simple to get through, and they got back to me after a couple days with what to do next.
It did take a little longer than I was hoping but the grinder came back packed well and it’s working fine now. Not the fastest turnaround ever, but overall I’m happy with how it went

"Stopped working way too soon"
It worked fine at first, but after just a few months it completely stopped working. I’m careful with my stuff, so this was really frustrating. I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying it again unless the quality improves.

"Reliable coffee every morning"
I’ve been using my Krups machine almost every day, it’s been really consistent. The coffee tastes the same each morning, which I appreciate because I don’t want to deal with surprises or extra fuss when I’m half awake. It’s also simple enough to clean, so it hasn’t become a chore. Overall, I just feel glad I bought it because it makes my mornings a little easier.

"Started falling apart way too soon"
It worked fine at first, but after just a few months some of the parts started feeling loose and kind of cheap. For what I paid, I really expected it to hold up longer. i don’t have the patience for something that starts wearing out this quickly. Disappointed.

Am I the only one who keeps running into this? I just needed a few replacement parts, but every time I check, the exact things I need are unavailable. It’s frustrating when you’re ready to fix something and can’t even get the parts...

"My Krups coffee maker started having an issue..."
My Krups coffee maker started having an issue while it was still under warranty, so I reached out through Krups. They asked me to send over the receipt and a few photos, which seemed reasonable 🙂
The only downside was that it took a couple of days to hear back each time, so the process felt a bit slow. But they did approve the claim and sent the replacement part, so it all worked out in the end. Not the fastest service ever, but they took care of it, 4 stars from me!
"Good coffee, just a bit noisy"
I’ve had this Krups coffee maker for a few months now. So far, happy with it. The coffee comes out nice and hot, tastes good, no weird issues. Cleaning it isn’t a hassle either, which I appreciate. Only thing. It’s louder than I expected when it’s brewing. Not terrible, just noticeable. And the water tank... kind of hard to see sometimes, so I end up double-checking it more than I’d like. But overall, yeah. It does the job. Makes good coffee. I’m still glad I bought it.

"I thought I might be missing something at..."
I thought I might be missing something at first because setup instructions usually make me second-guess every step, but these were actually really clear. I got the machine set up quickly without having to Google anything extra. Nice and simple, which I appreciated.

"Found exactly what I needed"
I needed a replacement carafe and a small filter piece for my Krups coffee maker, and luckily this site had both. I was relieved because I really thought I might end up having to buy a whole new machine. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but everything showed up in good shape and fit perfectly. I’d definitely recommend checking here first if you’re trying to track down replacement parts.

"Cleanup is honestly the best part"
I’ll admit I mostly noticed how easy this was to clean after coffee, because that’s usually what annoys me. The parts rinse off really quickly, and I didn’t have to stand there scrubbing anything. That alone makes it a win for me.

"Shipping took a bit longer than I expected"
I’m not totally sure if I misread the estimated delivery date or if it just got delayed, but the order showed up later than I thought it would. Everything was fine once it arrived, though. Just wish the shipping had been a little quicker.

"Loud and only works when it wants to"
It does make decent coffee, but this thing is way louder than I expected. Some mornings it works fine, and other times it feels like it just decides not to cooperate for no reason. Not the worst coffee maker, but the noise and the hit-or-miss behavior are frustrating.

"Coffee just tastes kind of flat, honestly"
I bought this Krups machine thinking, you know, maybe it would be a nice little upgrade from my old one, but the coffee just comes out kind of flat to me. I used the same beans I always use, so I was expecting at least a similar flavor, but it tastes weaker and a bit watery, like it’s just missing something.
The machine itself works fine, and it looks okay on the counter, so it’s not like it’s a total disaster or anything. I tried messing with the grind size and using a little more coffee, but yeah, it still didn’t really get much better. Not awful, just kind of disappointing since taste is basically the whole point for me.

"Better than I expected, with a couple small quirks"
I’ve been using this Krups grinder every morning for my coffee beans, and overall it’s been solid. The grind comes out fairly even, it’s not as loud as I thought it might be, and cleaning it out isn’t a hassle. I also like that it doesn’t take up much space on the counter. That said, I’m not totally blown away by it or anything, it just does the job well. No real issues so far, so I’m happy with it, even if it’s not exactly exciting.
